We're a team; except for the fact that you "the owner" makes more money than anyone else. Sounds like a great plan for a sinking ship filled to the brim with wage slaves. Why must we toil wasting our lives for someone else's "bottom line?" I think it's time for people to do what they love; not what they are told to do. Life is just too short; why waste it?
